PAMA’s resources are presently confined to a small collective of teachers or science practitioners. Their humble contributions form the seed capital for PAMA, which would always adhere to clean and transparent sources of funding. PAMA hopes to strengthen her resources by enlisting the participation of enlightened science-sensitive individuals, institutions and the civil society. Practising austerity, need based flexibility and transparency are inseparable foundational legacy of PAMA.
Project management, fellowships and staff remunerations etc are defined by the availability of funds, endowments and funding sources.
PAMA is a transdisciplinary research collective, registered as no-profit-educational Trust, to address the problems of shrinking academic vision, rigid knowledge boundaries, mechanistic career practices and fragmented scientific investigations. These limitations pre-empt transdisciplinary critical thinking and hamper the sublimity and balance of life. Multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary approaches, which can open up or expand the horizons of research endeavours and methodologies, represent the vision of PAMA.
