PAMA invites individuals from all backgrounds who dare to reinvent themselves, embracing key qualities like humility, inner truth, affection, and critical thinking (AUP&P). Applications are welcome from people of all ages, disciplines, nationalities, and religions. While a graduation degree is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.

Internship Experience

PAMA internships provide a unique opportunity for multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary exploration, fostering both personal and collective growth. Situated at the historic Pattanam archaeological site near North Paravoor and the Romila Thapar, KN Panikkar Creative Academic Centre, near Aluva, interns will engage in a challenging, residential learning experience. They will have the freedom to shape their own curriculum based on their proposed projects or participation in existing PAMA projects. This immersive environment encourages self-discovery, critical thinking, and the practical application of acquired knowledge, benefiting both the interns and the community.
