PAMA is governed by a board of trustees, the founding chairman being Dr. R V G Menon. Dr. PJ Cherian is the managing trustee and director.

To advance its aims and objectives, PAMA engages in academic collaboration with researchers and institutions within and outside the country. A pool of specialists/ consultants from different Universities and research institutions beyond disciplinary and national borders are part of the team supporting interns, research associates and students with academic questions.
